1. Products and Services. The UA Website is an online informational website where you can research and compare information in a number of different ways. You understand and agree that if you submit a request for a member of UA to contact you, that you are automatically authorizing them to contact you and waiving all rights to any "Do Not Call List" you may be on.  You authorize UA to give your contact email and/or phone number to be contacted by a licensed mortgage consultant or bank that is a current member of UA.
You acknowledge that UA does not make loan or credit decisions in reply from one of our UA members.  We are not and do not represent ourselves to be a mortgage company and/or licensed broker in connection to our services.  UA is not a party to any agreement that you may make with any of our UA members or anyone else on this site through our UA Forum.  You understand that all services through our UA members are solely responsible for your loan and anything that may happen.  You also shall acknowledge that UA is not acting as your agent or broker and is not recommending any kind of loan products, or clients to you what so ever.  UA does not charge anyone a fee to use this website except what our affiliates charge on certain products or services that are or have been advertised.  Lastly, you give UA permission to send you periodic updates of current information by mail/via email which may be of interest to you.

2. Use of the UA Website and Service. You certify to UA that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, you assume full responsibility for the use of the Service by any minors; you agree that all information you have submitted to UA, online or otherwise, is accurate and complete, and that you have not knowingly submitted false information on or through the UA Website or Service; and that your use of the Service is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. Prohibited Conduct. You shall not submit anything offensive, hack into our systems, software or any other installized products towards and/or against our services.  Any such activities against UA will be prosecuted and dealt with in a rightful and lawful manner through all city, state, federal restrictions, laws, fees and all penalties that are applied.

4. PRIVILEGE - Being a member at the Uapply is a privilege, not a right. Here at Uapply, we reserve any right to remove your account for any reason that we may have for the protection of our consumers and our site.

5.  RESPECT - Please respect all members of the site in the forum. If there are any personal attacks your account will be immediately deleted.  In the Forum there can not be any discussions about anything disrespectful towards another person or mortgage company.

6. TOPICS -  No illegal activity is allowed in the Uapply Forum and No inquiries that violate RESPA or any other law are allowed. Any topics that don't comply with the Uapply Website will be automatically removed and your account will be deleted.

7. NO Advertising or Solicitation - There will be no advertising except what Uapply puts up themselves through our pr@uapply.com .  There shall be no loan officers, mortage brokers, banks, lenders, or anyone having anything to do with being employed in the mortgage industry to try and consult illegally through Uapply Forum.  This will revoke all chances of getting any benefits of this site.  You will also be reported to the Banking Commission for violating RESPA.

8. PROFILE - You must update your profile as soon as possible after registration. Include your REAL first and last name, the company you represent, and email/website information. No affiliate links, or links to other forums will be allowed. No Anonymous postings will be allowed.

9. RESPNSIBILITIES - Everyone that registers and becomes a member of this site has a responsibility to report anything illegal they see is happening on this site.  Everyone also has the right to report all accusations to abuse@uapply.com as they see fit.  If your account has been deleted or you know of someones account that was deleted and they have created a new account, please report them to protect all other consumers.

10. BENEFITS - Uapply has put this free forum up to help consumers and only consumers communicate with other consumers that may be in a current situation or have been in there situation.  It is strictly to help people pass along free information to help learn more about the mortgage industry.  Please don't abuse this free site that is a very free informational site for others.
